Performance & Value Metrics: Define and track clear KPIs for AI success to demonstrate ROI to stakeholders

Take pride in your work with a passion for excellence

Requirements

5+ years of enterprise software product management, engineering, or consulting experience

2+ years of hands-on focus on AI/ML applications, specifically LLMs and Generative AI

Technical Proficiency: Strong coding skills in Python and experience with AI Frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) and APIs

Architectural Knowledge: Deep understanding of data flow design, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning for highly regulated content

Communication: Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders in Legal, Medical, and Regulatory departments

Collaboration: Proven track record of working with UX and Engineering to build intuitive tools for complex workflows

Experience with data modeling (ERDs)

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with ambiguity

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline

Must be based in a region in the Eastern Standard Time zone

Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the USA or Canada

Nice to Have

Domain Expertise: Direct experience with Veeva Vault Medical
