Job Title: Product Designer — Master-Level Internship

Level: Master’s Level Internship Department: Product Experience (PX) Duration: 520 Hours (approximately 3 months) Work location: Remote (with hybrid options in Toronto) Compensation: Hourly ($32)

The Vosyn internship is unique. Remuneration is equivalent to $32.00 CAD per hour payable in common shares of the Corporation at the then fair market value. For greater clarity, NO cash in-hand (in hourly rate or salary) will be paid to the Intern. Instead, Vosyn being an AI start-up, the upside is in potential future value of said shares based on the hours worked, billed and approved.

About the Job: We are seeking a Product Designer Intern to help shape the user experience of our AI-driven products. You will contribute to designing innovative and user-centered product experiences from concept to high-fidelity prototypes.

This role offers exposure to cross-functional teamwork, research-informed design, and the practical skills needed to excel in a fast-paced product environment. You will have the opportunity to define and improve user flows, build design solutions, and contribute to an impactful design culture.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product owners to define product features and user journeys.

Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive wireframes, flows, and prototypes.

Create and maintain high-fidelity design components in Figma.

Participate in and lead design reviews, providing and incorporating feedback.

Conduct design validation through usability testing and iterate on designs based on insights.

Stay current with trends in product design, AI applications, and emerging technologies.

About You

Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s in UX Design, HCI, Human Factors, or a related field. Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.

Proficient in Figma and familiar with design systems and prototyping best practices.

Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple design tasks and prioritize work effectively.

A passion for solving complex design challenges and delivering impactful product experiences.
