Do you want to craft an elegant, intuitive product design that delights users while achieving our clients’ business outcomes? 3Pillar is looking for a UX Designer to join our growing UX Team. This person will be a key member of our global team, working directly with our US clients on mission-critical engagements.

The UX Designer is responsible for ensuring that the design effort aligns with our client’s business objectives.

In particular, this includes working closely with the 3Pillar engagement team and clients to create outstanding designs that delight the end users.The UX Designer will work closely and partner with global delivery teams (Product Management, Engineering, and Program Management) to deliver best-of-breed products using Agile practices, and drive growth.🚀💻 The system that this designer will be working in is only Salesforce.

Here is what the team is expecting:

Helping us create an efficient CRM workflow - Someone who has basic experience of CRM before or someone who has worked on any kind of sales journey platform

Sketching user flows and building clickable digital prototypes for high-level business processes - Something we can then further use to map the requirements and SF design work in user stories

Help in improving the CRM journey

Key Responsibilities

Possess strong skills in interaction or visual design

Demonstrate a strong desire to continue growing your UX skills

Work effectively with UX Lead or Sr. UXer and other 3Pillar practices (PDM, PM, and Engineering)

Communicate to team and client a clear picture of what is in progress and when things will be delivered

Adjust to changes in priority and scope

Participate in UX and engagement rituals/meetings

Identify risks and escalate appropriately

Contribute to client presentations

Help prepare workshops

Suggest improvements to standard tools and processes

Participate in a collaborative team culture

Maintain an awareness of industry issues and trends and emerging technologies such as AI, with a view to incorporating these in future projects and staying ahead of the market.

Minimum Qualifications

Hands-on work experience with Salesforce

At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing UX position

At least 2 years of consulting experience

Expertise working with digital products, business logic, process, and a variety of clients

A knack for problem solving and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality

Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to see the bigger picture among the details

Experience working with global teams is a big plus

Highly culturally aware

Strong communication skills

Practical knowledge and experience in Agile practices and Lean methodologies to build best-of-breed products
