This role is responsible for obtaining and evaluation data that supports customer retention initiatives. Analyzes information using data and supports retention leader in creating monthly retention report outs.

Requirements
Fluent English skills
Minimum required work experience: 3 to 6 years.
Bachelor's degree: required (Analytics)
Experience in Customer Retention processes.
Experience in Insurance Companies is a preferable.
Product Development and Innovation : Continuous improvement and development for new and existing products, technology, or services from concept through to production. Considers the user experience and processes and applies this knowledge to advocate for the user at every stage of the product life cycle.
Product Strategy and Roadmapping : Coordinates inputs from customers, developers, market, and competitive information and translates them into product development efforts. Develops profitable short and long-term strategies by ownership of product composition, appetite exposure management and eligibility refinement.
Market Research : Conducts research into market and industry trends, target user base and competing products. Identifies opportunities for growth and anticipates potential threats to the product’s success.
Product and Industry Knowledge : Demonstrates a solid grasp of property and casualty insurance knowledge including product composition, coverages and exposures, rating methodology, and general underwriting philosophy.
Project Management: Follows an agile development process to conceive, plan, develop, iterate, launch and evaluate new products, pricingand/or contract changes. Provides direction, delegates and removes obstacles to get work done. Develops prototypes, tests minimum viable product, and adjusts approached based on feedback. Communicates timeframes, project status, announcements, rollouts, change management including communications.
