The posting
Description MEDvidi is an AI-powered mental healthcare platform transforming psychiatric care across the United States. We combine licensed healthcare providers with proprietary technology to deliver safe, effective, and accessible treatment for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions.
Our platform helps clinicians spend less time on administrative work and more time caring for patients. Through AI-assisted documentation, intelligent workflows, and clinician-focused tools, we're building the next generation of healthcare technology that improves both provider experience and patient outcomes.
About the Team The Clinical Guidance (Experience Team) builds products that help healthcare providers work more efficiently and make better clinical decisions. Our mission is simple: Reduce administrative burden so clinicians can focus on patient care.
We build products that support providers before, during, and after patient visits - from AI-assisted documentation and visit summaries to clinical guidance, workflow automation, and decision-support tools. While AI powers many of our solutions, our success isn't measured by the sophistication of the models.
It's measured by whether clinicians save time, experience less friction, and deliver better care. About the Role We're looking for a Product Analyst who enjoys solving complex product problems through data. This isn't a traditional analytics role focused on recurring reports or dashboard maintenance.
You'll work as a strategic partner to Product Managers, helping shape product direction through analytical thinking, product investigations, and evidence-based decision making.
You'll explore user behavior, investigate workflow inefficiencies, generate hypotheses, define meaningful success metrics, and measure whether new product initiatives actually improve clinicians' daily work.
If you're naturally curious, enjoy asking "why?", and like working in environments where not every question already has an answer, you'll feel at home here. Why this role?
Influence product strategy through data, not just reporting.
Partner directly with experienced Product Managers throughout product discovery.
Work on products used daily by healthcare providers across the United States.
Solve complex product challenges where curiosity matters as much as technical skills.
Own investigations that directly impact roadmap decisions.
Help build AI-enabled healthcare products with real-world impact.
Responsibilities
Analyze clinician workflows and product usage to identify friction points and improvement opportunities.
Explore product data to uncover insights that influence roadmap decisions.
Partner closely with Product Managers throughout product discovery and product development.
Generate and validate product hypotheses using quantitative analysis.
Define meaningful product KPIs and success metrics.
Design analytical approaches for evaluating new product initiatives.
Measure the impact of new features on clinician productivity, workflow efficiency, and product adoption.
Build dashboards, analytical datasets, and monitoring systems that enable better product decisions.
Investigate complex product problems independently, even when requirements are not fully defined.
Collaborate with Engineering, Clinical Operations, Design, and Leadership to support data-informed decision making.
Evaluate the real-world effectiveness of AI-powered features and workflow automation.
Requirements
3+ years of commercial experience as a Product Analyst.
Strong SQL and Python skills for product analytics and data exploration.
Experience with product metrics, user behavior analysis, and dashboarding.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to independently investigate product problems and generate data-driven insights.
Experience partnering closely with Product Managers and influencing product decisions.
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced product environments.
Fluent Russian and English (B2+).
Ability to work under a B2B contract using your own equipment, with overlap with CET business hours.
Nice to have
Experience working with AI-powered products or intelligent automation.
Experience in HealthTech, SaaS, or other workflow-intensive B2B products.
Experience analyzing operational or internal-facing products.
Experience evaluating product hypotheses where classical A/B testing is not always possible.
Understanding of product discovery methodologies.
Experience working with qualitative research alongside quantitative analysis.
Familiarity with clinician workflows or healthcare operations.
