Plumber (Seasonal)

As a Plumber your duties will include but are not limited to the following: Performs preventive maintenance to all plumbing and mechanical equipment and parts. Installs, modifies, and repairs plumbing fixtures (bathtubs, showers, toilets, sinks, water fountains, and their associated hardware.

Cleans gravity type sewage drain lines, repairs or replaces potable water lines, and makes connections and repairs to water mains and fire hydrants Installs and makes repairs to sewer drain systems (these include septic tanks, drain fields, sewage lift pumps, and related piping Installs, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance to heating and cooling systems Packs valve stems, services check valves, flanges, altitude valves, gauges, and all pumping equipment used in water systems.
