Included Health is seeking experienced and mission-driven Remote Physicians to support our fast-growing virtual care team. Minimum Requirements:

Completion of a 3-year Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine residency

Active ABMS or AOA Board Certification in Family Medicine or dual boarded Internal Medicine + Pediatrics (Med Surg)

3+ years post residency experience in Urgent Care or Primary Care outpatient setting

Active and unrestricted state medical license in state of residence; residing in an IMLC state is required

Multi-state licensure preferred

Experience and ability to provide care for all ages across the lifespan (newborn to geriatric)

Must maintain Medicare active status
