**Dein Profil:**
* Dipl. Physiotherapeut\*In FH mit SRK-Anerkennung
* Vorhandener Führerausweis B
* Berufserfahrung von Vorteil, aber nicht Voraussetzung
* Wissen in den Bereichen Geriatrie, Neurologie und Lymphologie ist von Vorteil
* Selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
* Flexibel und Belastbar
* Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch
**Deine Aufgaben:**
* Domizilbehandlung und Betreuung von Patient\*Innen
* Schriftliche Behandlungsplanung und -dokumentation
* Aktive Zusammenarbeit interprofessionell mit Ärzten, Spitex und Therapeuten
