3+ years of relevant experience in high-end real estate or architectural photography editing, specifically thriving within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of handling complex photo manipulation and efficiently satisfying direct client revision requests.

Visual Eye: An exceptional eye for detail, composition, and color accuracy, with a firm understanding of ethical guidelines in real estate editing to avoid misrepresenting properties.
Technical Mastery & Specialized Edits: Expert Adobe proficiency with deep knowledge of advanced real estate (window pulls, object removal, sky replacements, virtual twilights) and portrait editing (skin retouching, clothing fixes, background cleanups).
Communication: Highly proficient in English (written and verbal) to collaborate effectively with our US-based team.
Real Estate Photo Editing & Retouching
Efficiently process a high volume of images daily while maintaining our strict quality and aesthetic standards.
Execute complex edit requests on delivered imagery and end to end processing (from HDR merge to complete). Edit and polish professional headshots style portraits.
Maintain a highly flexible aesthetic approach that can seamlessly match our delivered guidance and satisfy specific client preferences.
Quality Alignment & Workflow
Partner directly with the QA/QC team to address and resolve flagged edits on published photos, ensuring strict adherence to internal style guidelines.
Proactively contribute to process, workflow, and stylistic improvements across the post-production pipeline. Escalate highly complex issues or recurring quality trends to leadership as needed.
Create or alter actions, workflows or scripts that optimize repeatable tasks.
AI & Process Efficiency: Experience leveraging AI technology within Adobe products and modern real estate AI platforms (e.g., AutoHDR, Imagen, Autoenhance), as well as Actions, Workflows, or scripting to speed up complex, repeatable tasks a plus.
Portrait Retouching Experience with headshot-style portraits (including advanced skin retouching, clothing fixing, stray hair removal, etc.) is a big plus.
