## Job Description ##

**Key responsibilities:**

* Oversee corporate housekeeping activities, ensuring legal entities, corporate records, and statutory documentation remain accurate and up to date

Coordinate document execution processes, including notarization, legalization, and related formalities.

* Support the review and drafting of routine commercial agreements in partnership with internal stakeholders.

* Conduct legal research and prepare concise summaries to assist the legal team.

* Contribute to compliance initiatives, legal projects, and process improvements across the EMEA region and global teams.

## The Successful Applicant ##

**Your profile:**

* 3+ years of experience within a legal department or international corporate environment.

* Legal studies background or equivalent hands-on experience in a similar role.

* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

* Fluent in English, with additional European language skills considered a plus
