In the role as operations manager, you take over the educational and business management of the location and bear the main responsibility for the apprentices. You are responsible for the professional and personnel management of the employees as well as for the implementation of the finance, marketing and personnel strategy. You work closely with parents and group leaders, but also with the authorities. In addition, you actively contribute to projects.

* At least 5 years of experience as a nursery manager

* A qualification as a childcare specialist or early years educator or an equivalent qualification (attach SBFI recognition) as well as the diploma "Managing an institution in supplementary family childcare"
