Role \& Responsibilities

Lead and optimize global pharmaceutical export operations across 150\+ partners in 80\+ countries.

Serve as the business process and systems expert for commercial export operations.

Drive continuous improvement and automation of SAP\-based business processes.

Lead cross\-functional projects from planning through implementation, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and Export Operations teams to improve operational efficiency.

Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of master data across business systems.

Develop, maintain, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

10\+ years of experience in Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Finance, IT, or Supply Chain within a multinational organization.

5\+ years of experience in pharmaceutical export operations.

Strong SAP knowledge (SD/MM required; FI/CO preferred).

Experience with PricePro, TPES, Contract Management Tools, and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Proven project management and cross\-functional leadership experience.

Knowledge of Sales Operations, Revenue Recognition, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Product Lifecycle Management.

Strong understanding of GMP, SOX, internal financial controls, and regulatory compliance.

Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., French) are an advantage.
