The posting

ShopHQ is seeking an agile, highly detailed, and execution-focused eCommerce Site Producer & Operations Coordinator to manage and optimize our digital storefront.

This role acts as the operational stakeholder of our online customer experience, owning front-end storefront production, visual merchandising execution, and product launch coordination across Shopify and our social commerce channels.

This position does not require inventory procurement; instead, you are the ultimate "digital shelf manager." You will sit at the intersection of our Buying, Creative, Social, and Performance Marketing teams, ensuring that product assets are deployed smoothly, landing pages are optimized for paid campaigns, and the customer journey remains completely frictionless across desktop, mobile, and third-party marketplaces.

Responsibilities Shopify Storefront Production & Merchandising

Execute all daily visual changes to the ShopHQ Shopify environment, including scheduling homepage hero graphics, updating the nav, and building collections.

Implement visual merchandising strategies based on conversion trends and seasonal focuses, ensuring promotion for high-performing, high-margin categories.

Perform site quality assurance checks across mobile and desktop to resolve layout issues, broken hyperlinks, and visual styling inconsistencies.

Product Detail Page (PDP) & Marketplace Optimization

Own the end-to-end workflow of converting procurement sheets from the Buying team into live, high-converting PDPs.

Ensure accuracy across all listings, including copy optimization, retail pricing, sizing metrics, and imagery.

Synchronize the Shopify catalog data with the native TikTok Shop backend, verifying that live inventory feeds and product descriptions match seamlessly.

Paid Media Campaign Support Build optimized custom landing pages and unique promotional product bundles in Shopify to support campaigns deployed by the Performance Marketing Director. Asset Pipeline & Creative Coordination

Coordinate closely with the Manager of Email & Creative Marketing to secure all visual assets needed for product rollouts, keeping asset libraries cleanly structured and accessible.

Map time-sensitive site updates directly to the broader marketing email deployment and social media calendars.

Vendor & Supplier Liaison Manage day-to-day external relationships, acting as the primary operational contact to gather product assets, coordinate partner launches, and resolve catalog discrepancies. Customer Experience Triage & Operational Support

Act as the primary operational point-of-contact for the Senior Customer Service Specialist, instantly triaging checkout issues, broken promotions, or data discrepancies flagged by customers.

Coordinate with suppliers to streamline logistics pipelines, including tracking physical production samples for live-selling broadcasts or creator shipments.

Requirements

2–4 years of hands-on experience actively administering a Shopify storefront (DTC or media-commerce environments highly preferred).

Impeccable attention to detail; an inherent instinct to catch missing dimensions, broken URLs, alignment glitches, and typos before publication.

Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple task queues simultaneously under tight timelines.

Strong organizational skills and standard baseline knowledge of visual merchandising and fundamental on-page eCommerce SEO practices.
