Overview The GM for Multi-Housing is the driving force behind roughly $160M in revenue across two direct-selling segments — Multi-Housing (direct to Route Operators serving apartments, property management companies, RV parks, and similar) and Key Accounts (factory-direct, without a distributor, to customers such as hospitality and assisted living).

Develop and execute a strategy and operating plan to achieve goals including revenue, margin, and overall profitability of the segment; develop and implement continuity and growth strategies

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals who master value selling and technology-enabled solutions; set clear goals and expectations, provide regular coaching and feedback, and ensure the team has the resources and training to succeed

Provide segment and customer input to product/solution roadmaps in collaboration with the Product and technology teams

Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, and use those insights to inform sales strategy and go-to-market decisions

Develop and monitor performance indicators. Forecast and explain variances in key portfolio and performance measures
