The posting

We're hiring a VP, Marketplace ICHRA General Manager to join our Lucie team.

Lucie is the first all-in-one storefront designed to give consumers, businesses, and employees total control over their healthcare. We’ve replaced the "one-size-fits-all" model with a curated menu of medical, dental, vision, and supplemental products to help individuals build a custom bundle that actually protects their wallets. Lucie Inc. is part of Oscar Health (NYSE: OSCR), a leading healthcare technology company built on a full-stack platform and a relentless focus on member experience.

About the role

This role requires a proven executive with deep expertise in ICHRA, health insurance technology, and scaling high-performing commercial and business operations teams. It offers a unique opportunity to lead a growth-focused business unit backed by proven proprietary platform technology. The ideal candidate will have the autonomy to build, scale, and lead a market-defining business line positioned at the critical intersection of individual health marketplaces and employer-sponsored benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Own Business Strategy & GTM Execution: Drive the commercial design, product positioning, and long-term go-to-market strategy to scale Lucie’s market share in the growing ICHRA landscape
  • Expand Distribution Channels: Identify, secure, and manage high-value business development relationships, including third-party administrators, agents/agencies, and employers
  • Align Product with Market Demand: Act as the strategic bridge between market demand and technical execution, collaborating with Product and Engineering leaders to build a scalable, seamless, and best-in-class enrollment experience
  • Lead Commercial Enablement: Oversee B2B marketing initiatives, broker training frameworks, and automated onboarding workflows to drive platform adoption and increase user utilization
  • Execute Upward Communication: Manage financial and operational performance metrics for the business line, regular reporting on progress, and presenting business results to executive leadership
  • Build and Manage a High-Performing Team: Recruit, mentor, and lead a cross-functional division spanning account management, partnership sales, tech, and business operations specialists
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Work Experience: 15+ years of corporate experience, with clear progression leading high-growth business units, SaaS verticals, or commercial strategy divisions
