About the Role

As a Network Engineer at Trendyol, you will be responsible for strengthening our dynamic fintech infrastructure and ensuring our network and security architecture operates with maximum uptime, robust security, and high performance:

Responsible for the deployment, configuration, and end-to-end management of the company's network, firewall, and load balancer infrastructure.

Maintain a 7/24 high-availability, low-latency, and highly secure environment (PCI-DSS compliant) capable of handling high-volume financial transactions.

Optimize application traffic using load balancing configurations and design redundant, high-availability (HA) architectures.

Rapidly respond to network issues and security incidents, perform root cause analyses (RCA), and proactively harden the infrastructure against emerging threats.

Qualities We Are Looking For

Deep theoretical and practical foundation in switching, routing, TCP/IP protocols, VPNs, VLANs, and dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, etc.)

Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade firewalls, rule management, NAT, IPS/IDS, and security policy design.

Experience in L4/L7 load balancing

Prior experience in fintech, banking, or managing high-traffic, mission-critical environments is a plus.

Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex network and security issues efficiently.
