Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and driven Animator to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the artistic vision and execution of animation projects, ensuring that all visual storytelling elements align seamlessly with the brand’s identity and mission. This role requires a strong ability to bring concepts to life through engaging animations while maintaining a consistent style and high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and define the animation style and visual direction for projects, ensuring consistency with the overall creative vision.

Oversee the entire animation production pipeline, from initial concept and storyboarding to final rendering and delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budget constraints.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, supporting their artistic growth and technical development.

Collaborate closely with writers, designers, and directors to develop compelling storyboards and animatics that effectively convey narratives and ideas.

Research and implement the latest industry trends, animation techniques, and emerging technologies to enhance production quality and efficiency.

Manage relationships with external partners, freelancers, and vendors, ensuring their contributions align with project objectives and creative standards.

Ensure technical and artistic quality control throughout the production process, maintaining high standards for animation, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.

Work with project managers and producers to allocate resources effectively and streamline workflows for optimal efficiency.

Develop and maintain documentation, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency in animation production across all projects

Skill Sets Required / Preferred

A minimum of 5 years of experience in animation or a related field, with a robust portfolio demonstrating expertise across various animation styles.

Experience in 3D animation, motion graphics, and visual effects.

Familiarity with game design, interactive media, and real-time animation technologies.

Established network of industry professionals, including animators, voice actors, and production partners.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor, guide, and inspire a team of animators to achieve creative excellence.

Advanced proficiency in industry standard animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Maya, Blender, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of storytelling principles, character animation, and visual communication to create engaging and compelling content.

Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards and meeting deadlines
