You can expect the following

Review of specialist planning services to ensure quality across all project phases

Monitoring of the specialist planning process at the interface with architectural design

Further development of review routines and internal planning tools

Development of sustainable MEP concepts for feasibility studies, competitions, and implementation projects

Presentation of technical content in direct exchange with colleagues and within internal training sessions

Close collaboration with internal and external project partners

You bring along

Degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification from a technical college or vocational academy

Methodological competence for integrating planning content

Initial experience in the design and execution of building services systems and facilities

Basic knowledge of common planning and BIM software tools

Ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment and communicate technical topics clearly and effectively

Fluent German skills and good knowledge of English
