Position: Generalist (Macbook User)

Type: Contract

Compensation: $50–$60/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Develop high-quality research questions, answers, and evaluation materials to train advanced language models.

Gather and clearly summarize information from diverse sources to support AI model training.

Provide structured feedback to improve AI model outputs and training data quality.

Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and elevate model performance.

Collaborate with AI research teams to ensure consistency and coverage across datasets.

Qualifications

Must-Have

Macbook with Apple Silicon (ARM) or M-series chip.

Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's studies, or 2–3 years of relevant experience + Bachelor's from a prestigious institution.

Strong online research and communication skills.

Excellent written communication skills.

Preferred

Interdisciplinary degree.
