You will provide technical support of products and services to program office customers on behalf of the Cost and Schedule Analysis Department.
You will perform Acquisition Cost Estimating and Analysis for primarily complex systems in all phases of the life cycle (development, production, and sustainment).
You will contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation for the Acquisition Cost Estimating and Analysis Division.
You will develop the cost models, cost estimates and formal documentation necessary to ensure that management decisions are based on sound estimating and analysis principals.
You will communicate completed products, methods and continuous improvements initiative efforts with the Team Lead, cognizant Subject Matter Experts and/or Supervisor.
You will work mostly independently to produce estimating end products.
You will help to develop/conduct informal and formal training sessions for junior members of the team your support.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DP-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying knowledge of the concepts, principles, and methods of acquisition cost estimating, modeling, and analysis for air weapons systems/subsystems; 2)Communicating acquisition cost estimating and analysis end product briefs.
