**Your Mission**

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for carrying out and monitoring GMP-compliant manufacturing activities within a biotechnology or pharmaceutical production environment.

You will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering and other support functions to ensure that production activities are performed safely, efficiently and in accordance with applicable GMP and quality requirements.

Depending on your background and the production area, you may be involved in Upstream Processing (USP), Downstream Processing (DSP), cell culture, fermentation, purification and other biotechnological manufacturing processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Perform hands-on manufacturing and production activities in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Execute manufacturing processes in accordance with approved procedures, SOPs, batch records and GMP requirements.
• Perform activities within Upstream Processing (USP) and/or Downstream Processing (DSP) areas.
• Support and perform manufacturing activities related to cell culture, fermentation and biotechnological production processes.
• Perform and monitor purification and downstream processing activities where applicable.
• Operate, monitor and control production equipment and manufacturing systems.
• Follow established procedures and ensure that all manufacturing activities are performed safely and in compliance with GMP requirements.
• Perform in-process controls, sampling and routine production checks according to applicable procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of manufacturing activities within the fully paperless production environment.
• Use digital manufacturing and documentation systems to execute and document production activities.
• Navigate efficiently between different digital systems and production tools.
• Support the management and investigation of deviations and other quality-related events.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, data integrity and internal quality standards.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and compliance within the manufacturing area.
• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, QA, QC, Engineering, MSAT and other support functions.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities related to manufacturing processes and workflows.

**Your Profile**

• Professional experience in Manufacturing / Production within a regulated industrial environment.
• Experience in a biotechnology environment is highly desirable.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing may also be considered.
• Hands-on experience in Upstream Processing (USP) and/or Downstream Processing (DSP).
• Ability to work efficiently with multiple digital manufacturing systems and tools.
• Experience with paperless manufacturing environments is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Syncade is an advantage.
• Knowledge of DeltaV is an advantage.
• English: minimum B1 level, both written and spoken.
