Coordinate with Engagement and Customer Support to trigger panelist communications for outages, major releases, or operational events.
Run monthly panel projection models to support forecasting and operational planning.
Issue Management & Cross‑Functional Coordination
Serve as primary escalation point for internal teams regarding app issues, data‑collection disruptions, or user‑reported problems.
Partner with internal technical teams to resolve data, ingestion, or system‑level issues.
Manage ongoing operational communication between engineering, QA, analytics, engagement, marketing, and customer support teams.
Business Management & Stakeholder Reporting
Manage CoinOut’s P&L at an operational level, tracking costs, variances, and efficiency opportunities for each country.
Ensure CoinOut incentive and monetization plans are implemented per schedule, coordinating closely with the Monetization Lead to align timing, execution, and operational readiness.
Produce monthly KPI reports for internal stakeholders, including app performance by country, panel activity, and data‑quality metrics.
