Junior Consultant, Research & Outreach

We’re hiring motivated people at the start of their careers as Junior Consultants. Fully remote, full training, and no prior experience needed.

Fluent, professional written English

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely

Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently from home

A recent graduate or someone early in their career (no experience necessary, we train you)

Your own computer and a stable internet connection

How we work: We expect clear communication, consistency, and ownership of your tasks. You should be comfortable learning quickly and applying feedback to outreach and record-keeping.

Research companies and identify senior professionals who fit our clients’ hiring needs

Find and organise contact details using LinkedIn and other tools

Send clear, professional outreach messages to senior candidates

Keep our records accurate and up to date

Work alongside our London team and learn the fundamentals of executive search

Comfort writing polished outreach messages and iterating based on results

Experience working remotely or independently

Fully remote, work from home

Full training and ongoing support from our London team

Some international travel may be expected, including trips to our London office and to the US

Real room to grow as we scale

Compensation: around USD 1,270 per month (about GBP 12,000 per year), paid monthly
