On behalf of our client, GT is looking for a Data Strategy Analyst to support a large-scale Data Transformation Programme focused on enterprise data strategy, governance and data quality.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Data Strategy Analyst to join a UK-based client in the healthcare and pharmacy domain.
In this role, you’ll support the client’s enterprise Data Transformation Programme by helping develop and implement data strategy, governance practices and data quality initiatives.
Working closely with both business and technical teams, you’ll help establish clear ownership models, coordinate key data activities and contribute to building a strong foundation for enterprise-wide reporting and analytics.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business and data, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and helping drive strategic data initiatives.
Project duration : until the beginning of December (with possible extension).
Start date : ASAP.
Responsibilities
Maintain and help coordinate the enterprise data backlog, ensuring priorities reflect agreed value opportunities and programme direction.
Support the Head of Data Strategy in establishing the data governance and domain ownership model, including principles, roles and RACI.
Contribute to the Customer Data Strategy and support governance reviews, producing clear recommendations.
Coordinate foundational data activities, including data quality improvements and the move toward a sustainable Data Quality Framework.
Assist in defining and testing elements of the operating model for reporting, analytics and continuous delivery.
Prepare analysis, documentation and recommendations to support decision‑making in programme‑level forums.
Essential knowledge, skills & experience
At least 7+ years of experience in Data Strategy, Data Governance or Enterprise Data Management.
Good understanding of enterprise data governance principles.
Experience working with data quality initiatives and governance processes.
Experience managing or coordinating backlogs and priorities.
Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills.
Advanced English.
Nice-to-have
Experience supporting enterprise Data Transformation Programmes.
Knowledge of Customer Data Strategy initiatives.
Experience defining or supporting reporting and analytics operating models.
Familiarity with data governance frameworks and RACI models.
