The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with our clients and delivery teams to discover and define requirements, form a vision, and successfully delivery solutions to end users.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with stakeholders and users to acquire insights of the business regarding to objectives, risks with complete understanding of their expectation and demands

Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for prospective improvements, and consult the most possible solutions

Consolidate, analyze, elaborate, translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. Then ensure the team understand the product requirements and the product is delivered at high quality

Compose and maintain requirement documents such as Business Requirement Document, Functional Requirement Specification, Flow chart data model...

Write user manuals, conducting user training sessions and tracking feedbacks

Use prototyping tool to design mockup/wireframe for application.

Prepare test cases and do a UAT

Developing wireframing, system UI/UX (Figma, Adobe Xd,…)

Clarify, update, prioritize and manage the product backlog

Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies by continuously being up-to-date on the latest methodologies and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems

Supporting product owners through Scrum activities or playing the role of product owner when required

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information System, or relevant majors

Good at English communication in both written and verbal skills

Hands-on at least 3 years of experience in SW/IT project as Business Analyst role

Advanced proficiency in using suitable tools for business modeling, drawing business flows/diagrams

Team player, able to work independently and cooperatively with other BA, developers, testers and PM.

Experience in owning product and working cross-functionally with development teams to manage the day to day activities

Strong problem-solving, logical thinking, critical thinking, attention to details

Strong analytical and problem solving abilities Strong communication and client facing skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine best solutions

Solid understanding and knowledge about technical, system architecture, coding languages or database is plus
