The Role
Veeva’s Clinical Operations suite unifies clinical systems and processes for efficient, high-quality studies. Our products improve trial speed, quality, and collaboration, helping bring therapies to market faster.
Veeva Systems is looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead a driven project team focused on transforming clinical trials management for large Enterprise customers in Denmark. As a member of our Professional Services team, you'll be the Project Manager for the design, configuration, and delivery of Clinical Operations software.
You'll get the opportunity to build trusted partnerships with leading Danish life science customers. You'll lead engaging and demanding projects, all while working alongside great people!
This is a remote position, and applicants must already be based in Copenhagen, Denmark, with the ability to meet travel requirements.
What You'll Do
Program and project management including resource planning, leading and motivating a cross-functional team, project tracking, and forecasting
Architect multi-year and multi phased implementation programs to deploy Veeva Clinical Operations across customer organizations
Act as primary customer liaison, managing relationships and communication between project team, customer and internal stakeholders
Ensure customer success from beginning to end of the engagement lifecycle
Requirements
Experience of working on implementation projects as a consultant, business, or IT lead for at least one of the following Veeva applications: eTMF, CTMS, Site Connect, Study Training, Study Startup, and Payments
Experience in assembling, planning, resourcing, budgeting and leading project teams
Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel as required
Good communication skills in English and Danish
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the European Union and the UK. Veeva Systems does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status for this employment position
Nice to Have
Life-science or computer science-related degree
SaaS/Cloud experience
Experience in demoing software applications in product pre-sales
Experience in services delivery management

Total compensation: 750,000 - 1,250,000 DKK
