**Technicien de maintenance bâtiments & infrastructures**
* CFC dans un domaine technique du bâtiment ou formation équivalente
* CFC d'installateur sanitaire, un atout
* 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
* Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels
* Connaissances en GMAO et GTC, un atout
* Permis de cariste et de nacelle
* Bonne condition physique
* Autonomie, rigueur et sens des responsabilités
* Entretenir et contrôler les installations CVS et les équipements liés aux infrastructures
* Réaliser les raccordements des machines : eau industrielle, pneumatique et ventilation
* Participer aux déménagements et à l'installation des machines de production
* Intervenir en cas de pannes critiques
* Suivre et réaliser les projets liés aux bâtiments
* Contribuer à l'optimisation des équipements et infrastructures
