Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor

The duties may include, but are not limited to

Prepares procurement requests to obtain materials and equipment, and interacts with industry sources for supplies, services, and emergency call-out

Plans and lays out carpentry, sheet metal, plastic, HVAC and electrical projects.

Monitors and inspects the condition of the facility’s electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning systems and appliances.

Makes periodic visual and operational inspections of buildings and structures.

Installs, modifies, repairs, maintains, troubleshoots, tests, and loads new and existing electrical lines, circuits, systems, and associated fixtures, controls, and equipment.

Supervises a full range of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry work at the Phoenix Rearing Facility (PRF).

Exercises technical and administrative supervision over subordinate workers in accomplishing trades and labor work

To qualify, you must show you have had training and experience of sufficient scope and quality to provide you with the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position. Your answers to the vacancy specific questions must be supported by the work experience in your resume.
