Maintenance Technician 40hrs week

What You’ll Be Doing

Assist with planned preventive maintenance (PPM): General repairs like painting, changing silicone, or basic plumbing and electrical jobs.

Keeping rooms in perfect conditions: Doing regular walk-throughs to catch little issues (like a loose door handle or a burnt out lightbulb) before a guest does.

Helping our guests: Heading up to guest rooms to fix any quick issues with a smile and a "no problem" attitude.

Working as a team: Supporting the Maintenance Manager and helping other departments .

Staying safe: Following the usual health and safety rules to keep yourself, the team, and our guests safe.

Sorting the workshop: Keeping your tools tidy and letting us know when we’re running low on supplies.

What We Expect

A flexible approach to working hours (including one weekend a month)

Previous experience in maintenance or handyman role is preferred

An electrical or plumbing qualification is a bonus but not required

Attention to details and practical problem solving
