Dispatcher/Construction Services Coordinator

SOCOTEC has an immediate opening for a Dispatcher/Construction Services Coordinator in Las Vegas, NV. Job duties include:

Scheduling appropriately certified field technicians and inspectors for multiple construction projects

Providing clients with high-quality customer service

Communicating client needs to field staff

Inputting data into scheduling software

Preparing field files for staff

Performing miscellaneous administrative duties, including: Answering telephones and greeting clients at the front desk

Document organization and filing

Providing administrative support to project managers

Manage office fleet vehicles

Assist with safety officer responsibilities

Assist with field inventory supplies and equipment

Required Skills and Experience

2+ years of dispatching experience, preferably for construction or other fast-paced industries

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational skills

Strong verbal communication skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Availability for occasional after-hours and weekend coordination of field staff

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Status: Full time, in office

Salary range: Depends on experience
