We are looking for a Swiss qualified Lawyer to join the legal team of an Asset Manager for 6 months.

### About the job

* Advising on **corporate law and governance** matters for the asset manager and its entities

* Providing legal support on **treasury activities and transactions**

* Advising on **capital markets\-related matters**, documentation and transactions

* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial and financial agreements

* Supporting internal stakeholders on legal and regulatory matters relevant to their activities

* Working closely with internal teams, including Treasury, Finance, Compliance and senior management

* Coordinating with external counsel where required

* Identifying legal risks and providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice

### About the candidate

* **Swiss\-qualified lawyer** with approximately **5\+ years of post\-qualification experience**

* Solid experience in **capital markets and corporate law**

* Previous experience in **asset management, banking, financial services or a comparable environment** is highly desirable

* Experience with **treasury matters** is an advantage

* Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills

* Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities

* Commercially minded, pragmatic and solutions\-oriented

* **Fluent English** is essential; **German is preferred**

* Available for a **6\-month temporary contract** to cover a maternity leave
