Ihre Aufgaben

Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Beschwerden/Einsprachen in Bau\- und Planungsangelegenheiten

Erarbeitung von Entscheiden für Regierungsrat und Departement

Rechtsberatung und Unterstützung der Ämter in anspruchsvollen Rechtsfragen

Mitwirkung bei Rechtssetzungsprojekten und Beantwortung politischer Vorstösse

Unterstützung Departementssekretär bei Planung, Koordination und Prüfung von Departementsgeschäften

Anforderungen

Hochschulabschluss in Rechtswissenschaften (MLaw/.)

Interesse an Bau\-, Planungs\- und Verwaltungsrecht

Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit

Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Analytische Stärke und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
