Would you like to contribute to a professional and future-oriented Vendor and Contract Management function within Asset Management?

As part of the Governance & Service Management (GSM) team, you will work closely with colleagues across Business, IT, Governance, Procurement and external service providers.

You will support the management of vendor relationships, contracts, software and market data services while contributing to transparency, compliance and commercial effectiveness.

In addition, you will contribute to optimisation initiatives, provide stakeholder advisory support and help drive the continuous improvement of processes, controls and governance standards.

**Unlock your full potential: While this position can be filled from as little as 50%, we are ideally looking for someone who can join us with a workload of 80-100%.**

## What you'll be doing ##

* Manage and further develop vendor and service provider relationships across software, market data and external services

* Drive the full contract lifecycle, including negotiations, renewals, amendments and terminations

* Monitor service performance through KPI, SLA and contractual oversight, while coordinating supplier escalations

* Govern software and market data agreements, licensing models, commercial reviews, cost optimisation initiatives and management reporting.

* Advise stakeholders and help ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements, including FINMA, DORA and relevant assurance standards

## What you'll bring to the role ##

* Several years of experience in Vendor Management, Contract Management or a related field

* Business or IT University degree or equivalent qualification

* Experience with software, SaaS, outsourcing or market data providers

* Good understanding of software licensing and supplier management

* Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills

* Analytical mindset with an interest in commercial and operational optimisation.

* Fluent in German and English
