## About Our Client ##

Our client is a leading international organisation operating in a highly regulated industrial sector. Due to a maternity leave, we are seeking an experienced legal professional for a fixed-term assignment of approximately one year, with a latest start between October and November 2026.

## Job Description ##

* Advise on sustainability, HSE, human rights and responsible business programmes.

* Support regulatory compliance initiatives and legal risk management activities.

* Monitor European legislative and regulatory developments and assess business impact.

* Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.

* Provide employment law advice on contracts, labour relations and HR matters.

* Support corporate affairs and communications teams on legal and reputational topics.

* Assist stakeholders with policy development, governance and implementation projects.

* Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions.

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Lawyer with Swiss bar admission (desired); LL.M. or equivalent viewed favourably.

* Approximately 3-5 years' post-qualification experience gained in private practice and/or an in-house legal function.

* Exposure to several of the following areas: sustainability, HSE, human rights, employment law, commercial contracts and regulatory compliance.

* Fluent English plus professional proficiency in German or French; Spanish is advantageous.

* Experience in industrial, energy, manufacturing, infrastructure or other regulated sectors is highly desirable.

* Strong analytical, drafting and negotiation skills.

* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.

* Collaborative stakeholder manager with a pragmatic commercial mindset.

* Interest in leveraging technology and AI tools to improve efficiency.
