**Responsibilities:**
Review, draft, and negotiate agreements for purchasing, sales, finance, and services departments
Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for managing day-to-day legal activities
Support external counsel in litigation matters, including case analysis and strategy development
Conduct legal risk assessments and prepare detailed litigation reports
Perform legal research and analysis on contract-related matters and regulatory requirements
Provide legal counsel and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual obligations and compliance issues
Manage contract negotiations and ensure alignment with company objectives and risk mitigation strategies
Maintain organized legal documentation and contract records for easy retrieval and audit purposes
Prepare legal memoranda and opinions on contractual and litigation issues
**Essential Requirements:**
Bachelor's Degree in Law from an accredited institution
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Postgraduate qualification in Litigation, Civil Procedural Law, or Contracts
Proficiency in English at intermediate level or above, with demonstrated ability to draft and review complex legal documentation
Home Office twice a week
