To strengthen our IT department, we are looking for a young, committed, service-oriented and motivated individual as

IT Support Administrator 80-100% (m/f)

In this varied role, you will be the first point of contact for our employees regarding IT concerns and, together with our team, ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure. You can expect a diverse working environment with exciting tasks in 1st and 2nd level support as well as the opportunity to actively participate in IT projects and continuously develop your professional skills.

Work location

Zurich, partly Basel

Responsibilities

* Monitoring and processing of the ticket system

* Support of 1st and 2nd level support in a hybrid IT infrastructure

* Assisting users with department-specific applications

* Handling employee onboarding, offboarding and changes in the IT environment

* Participation in the planning and implementation of IT projects

* Coordination and collaboration with external IT service providers

* Execution of maintenance windows and system upkeep

* Taking on deputising roles within the IT team

Requirements

* Completed training in the IT field is an advantage

* Experience in 1st and 2nd level support

* Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Ideally experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory

* Open, communicative, young and dynamic personality

* High service and customer orientation
