Arbeitsort: Baar Pensum: Volzeit Aufgaben: Du hilfst unseren Kund:innen bei Fragen zu unseren Applikationen - per Telefon, Fernwartung oder direkt vor Ort. Du führst neue Kund:innen in unsere Software ein und zeigst ihnen, wie sie das Maximum rausholen. Du planst Schulungen und bringst dein Know-how direkt an die Leute.
Dein Profil: Du denkst lösungsorientiert und bleibst cool, auch wenn-s mal brennt. Du hast bereits Support-Erfahrung oder kennst dich mit Business-Software aus. Erfahrung mit Finanz- oder Lohnbuchhaltung ist ein super Plus. Bonus: Du kennst unsere Branche (Reinigung/Hauswartung). Du sprichst fliessend Schweizerdeutsch und kannst gut erklären.
Struktur, Zuverlässigkeit und ein natürlicher Drive, Dinge zu verbessern, gehören bei dir dazu.
