You will provide strategic leadership, aligning agency-wide AI solutions and enterprise architecture frameworks with federal compliance and data standards.

You will be responsible for the IT strategy, delivery, and lifecycle management of comprehensive IT/AI workforce initiatives in Data Science, Analytics, and applied Generative AI.

You will establish and direct the overarching IT vision, technical framework, and execution of NAVWAR’s data science and artificial intelligence capability programs.

You will interrelated IT/AI projects, leveraging deep technical knowledge of data science, software development, and Artificial Intelligence to oversee contractor delivery of algorithmic and large language model (LLM) training.

You will develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to advise executive leadership on capability program effectiveness, technical directive compliance, and return on investment.

You will establish technical standards and priorities for AI competency development, monitoring rapid advancements in software engineering, data science, and AI to keep programs relevant.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band DP-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Directing, overseeing, and executing information technology, artificial intelligence, and data science programs, with a focus on delivering experiential learning initiatives, specialized bootcamps, and technical hackathons; AND experience must include strategic planning, program delivery, and workforce training lifecycle management, utilizing knowledge of data science, software development, artificial intelligence, and large language models to align technical learning solutions with federal compliance, data standards, and enterprise objectives.

In addition to the above listed qualifications, your experience must also reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
