UNS is currently looking for Project Interior Designers to immediately join our Hong Kong office.

Requirement & Skills

  • Master’s or professional degree in interior design, architecture or related disciplines
  • 5-8 years of experience as an Interior Designer or Architect with equivalent interior design experience.
  • Extensive experience in cultural, large-scale retail, commercial, hospitality & mixed-use projects
  • Excellent technical interfacing and detailing skills, with the ability to develop innovative interior design solutions (documented through construction documents or shop drawing packages)
  • Experience in writing performance specifications
  • Enthusiasm for and extensive knowledge of both standard and customized materials and finishes
  • Strong aesthetic sensibilities and design skills, with the ability to develop and implement a design concept from preliminary 3D studies through to construction documentation and detailing
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a commitment to advancing design
  • Good team player with the ability to organize both own work and others, clearly communicate with Project Leaders, and coach/motivate team members
  • Fluent English communication skills; additional fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a plus
  • Enthusiasm for and knowledge of interior products, materials, and finishes
  • 3D Modeling experience in Rhinoceros is required (3D visualization abilities are preferred)
  • Expert knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Contact Working conditions are according to Hong Kong legislation.
