POSITION

We are looking for an experienced Interior Architects to join our teams, with a strong background in an international architectural practice and proven experience delivering high-quality interior projects. Ideal candidate’s will be confident working across design development and project delivery, with excellent technical, communication and presentation skills, and the ability to contribute creatively within a collaborative studio environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualified Architect with significant interior architecture experience.

Previous experience working within an international architectural practice.

Proven experience delivering high-quality interior architecture and fit-out projects from concept through to completion.

Demonstrable experience in space planning, interior fit-out coordination and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) specification and procurement.

Proven experience in the design, development and technical detailing of bespoke joinery, millwork and fixed furniture elements.

Strong understanding of materials, finishes, fabrication methods and construction detailing.

Strong proficiency in Rhino, Revit and Grasshopper.

Experience with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator would be advantageous.

Excellent understanding of design development, technical coordination and project delivery.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong design and technical detailing capabilities within interior architecture projects.

Ability to develop and coordinate detailed bespoke joinery, millwork and fixed furniture packages from concept through construction.

Experience preparing and coordinating FF&E schedules, specifications and procurement packages.

Thorough understanding of interior construction detailing, material selection and manufacturing processes.

Ability to develop creative and efficient space planning solutions that respond to client and operational requirements.

Proactive, self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively and consistently meet deadlines.

Takes ownership of work and demonstrates a high level of accountability.

Creative thinker with strong design sensibility and attention to detail.

Professional, collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
