Pflege, Überwachung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des

Qualitätsmanagementsystems gemäss Givaudan-Standards, HACCP und GFSI (FSSC 22000)

Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbearbeitung von internen und externen Audits sowie Zertifizierungen

Pflege und Betreuung von Kosher-, Halal- und Bio-Zertifizierungen

Durchführung und Dokumentation von Abweichungsanalysen,

Ursachenforschung und Korrekturmassnahmen

Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Schulung relevanter Qualitäts- und Lebensmittelsicherheitsdokumente

Unterstützung bei der datenbasierten Auswertung von Qualitätskennzahlen sowie Mitwirkung an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsinitiativen

Dein fachliches Profil

Mikrobiologische Abstriche- und Musterziehen

Eintragen und Verwaltung von den Daten in Excel --> Excel Grundkenntnisse sind wichtig

Wartung von Labor Geräte

Physische Fähigkeiten sich durch die Produktion zu bewegen für den Musterzug

Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse (Englisch nicht nötig)
