In this role, you will support and coordinate the company’s internal medical service, working closely with external medical service providers and acting as a key point of contact for employees on medical and occupational health matters.

### About the customer

* **Location:** Bern

* **Start:** ASAP

* **Duration:** 12 months, with possibility of extension

* **Workload:** 100%

### Requirements

* Coordinate and support the delivery of **medical services** in collaboration with external medical service providers.

* Organize and monitor **health examinations, pre\-employment examinations, vaccinations and occupational health screenings** carried out by external partners.

* Act as a point of contact for employees regarding **medical matters**, including the planning and coordination of examinations and treatments.

* Take responsibility for the official documentation of the medical service, including the **administration, digital recording and secure management of medical records**.

* Ensure medical records are archived in accordance with applicable **statutory retention periods**.

* Ensure the secure and confidential storage of medical records in compliance with **medical confidentiality and data protection requirements**.

* Manage access to and secure transmission of medical records in accordance with applicable requirements, including the **Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection**.

* Maintain a **record\-keeping system** that meets legal requirements and ensures confidentiality.

* Contribute to medically relevant processes, including **audits**.

* Support and organize **first\-aid measures and workplace health training**.

* Collaborate with internal and external departments to support **prevention programs and occupational health management**.

* Manage medical consumables in coordination with external partners.

* Coordinate internal communication relating to **health and safety topics**.

* Support the implementation and administration of **health programs focused on illness and accident prevention and employee well\-being**.

### Compensation benefits

* Professional background in **nursing, occupational health, workplace health or a comparable medical field**.

* Experience coordinating medical or occupational health services would be highly beneficial.

* Strong understanding of **medical confidentiality, data protection and the secure handling of sensitive medical records**.

* Experience with medical documentation and digital record management.

* Comfortable coordinating with **employees, physicians, external medical providers and internal stakeholders**.

* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a high level of discretion when handling confidential information.

* Experience with **first aid, health screenings, vaccinations, occupational health programs or audits** would be advantageous.
