The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Healthcare Data Analyst with strong experience working with healthcare data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting patient and operational data to support decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with clinical, administrative, and operational teams to deliver accurate reports, dashboards, and insights.

This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities

Extract, clean, and analyze patient data from Salesforce, EMR systems , and other data sources.

Pull patient records and generate statistical analyses to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualizations .

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with healthcare data standards and privacy regulations (HIPAA, etc.).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.

Present insights and findings in a clear, actionable format for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Maintain documentation of data processes, definitions, and reporting standards.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare data analysis.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems .

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling, charts, Power Query preferred).

Ability to extract and manipulate large datasets from multiple sources.

Solid understanding of healthcare terminology, workflows, and patient data structures.

Experience with statistical analysis and performance metrics.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Service Fee

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

Hours

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) – 9am to 6pm
