Nola is building the AI-native account for the next decade — a stablecoin bank account with intelligence supporting every action. We're looking for a Founding Marketer to own growth, narrative, distribution, content, and experimentation from day one.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a growth marketer in the B2C domain.

Experience taking a product or company from 0 to 1.

Worked at an early-stage startup and driven growth from zero to meaningful user adoption.

Built a public profile through a podcast, YouTube channel, newsletter, Twitter/X audience, Substack, meme page, or similar.

Strong understanding of GTM without brand recognition, large budgets, or existing playbooks.

AI-native mindset with experience building agents, content pipelines, research workflows, automation systems, or outbound engines.

Ability to write, ship, and iterate quickly.

Currently working at a b2c startup.

Strong content creation and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

Own everything that brings users to Nola and keeps them there — the narrative, the channels, the launch sequence, the founder content, the lifecycle, the experiments.

Define and execute the company narrative.

Build and scale acquisition channels.

Design and execute launch strategies.

Drive founder-led content initiatives.

Own lifecycle marketing and retention programs.

Run growth experiments across channels.

Build agents and automations to increase marketing leverage.

Create and ship content at high velocity.

Solve growth challenges with no predefined playbook.

Drive user growth and engagement across the funnel.
