Required Certification(s): Bachlors degree in related field or 5+ years relevant experience with certifications applicable to functional role description Certifications such as: Adobe Certified Professional in Visual Design or Adobe Certified Professional in Graphic Design and Illustration

Job Description

Leads creative design projects, developing high-impact visuals for branding, digital experiences, and corporate communications.

Works cross-functionally with marketing, web development, and leadership teams to create compelling designs.

Mentors junior designers and ensures quality standards across design deliverables.

Stays updated on design trends and emerging tools.

Education, Background and Years of Experience

Typically has a Bachelors degree, and 6 - 8 years of experience, or equivalent relevant work experience; e.g., each year of work experience may be substituted for each year of education required.

Required Skills

Creates professional technical graphics, diagrams, illustrations, and visual layouts for plans, reports, briefings, training materials, and other deliverables. Converts complex engineering information into clear visual products consistent with Government and corporate presentation standards.
