Looking for Philippines-based candidates

Job Role: Graphic Designer

Compensation range : $1,800 AUD - $2,000 AUD / Monthly

Engagement type :Independent Contractor Agreement

Who The Client Is : The client is a Canberra-based strategic brand and digital studio working with business owners and organizations who want to be clearly positioned for sustainable growth. Based in Canberra, they help clarify direction, shape strong foundations and support visibility through thoughtful strategy and execution.

They are helping shape environments - brands, teams, systems and experiences.

Across our clients we consistently focus on

The full end-to-end brand experience

How people feel before, during and after engaging with your business or practice

Consistency, clarity and care rather than hype or scale-for-scale’s-sake

Role Overview: This is a hands-on design and production role for a strong mid-to-senior designer who can take strategic and creative direction and turn it into polished, practical design across brand identity, digital, print and web.

Working closely with the Studio Director, you’ll translate brand strategy and creative direction into considered visual identities and carry those identities through to high-quality execution across multiple formats.

You will not be expected to develop brand strategy independently, but you will be expected to interpret a brief intelligently, make sound design decisions, identify inconsistencies or production issues, and deliver work without needing every detail art-directed.

The right person will be equally comfortable developing a visual identity in Adobe Illustrator, preparing packaging or collateral correctly for commercial print, building client-ready templates in Canva, adapting assets for social and digital use, and working within practical website constraints.

This is a role for someone who can take ownership of design production and significantly reduce the amount of day-to-day design management required from the Studio Director.

Liaise with supplied printer specifications and identify potential production issues before artwork reaches the client or supplier

Strong commercial print-production knowledge is essential for this role.

Digital & Cross-Format Rollout

Apply brand identities consistently across social media, email marketing, advertising and other digital assets
