We are looking for a Creative Designer to join our Marketing team in HCMC. In this role, you will drive our dynamic visual storytelling—allocating 70% of your focus to Motion Graphics & Video Assets (for Digital, Social, and In-app channels) and 30% to Static Graphic Designs.
What you’ll do
Working with marketing team to conceptualize, create the animation storyboards, and produce final video assets (70%) for Digital, Social, and In-app;
Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics that are visually enticing, easy to understand, and emotionally impactful;
Produce static graphic designs (30%) including banners, posters, social media posts, and other brand materials.
Ensure design works are completed with high quality and on schedule;
Be a strong contributor to the ideation process;
Keep abreast of current motion design and cultural trends.
Special/ad-hoc projects will be assigned by Line Manager/ Department Manager
Work Location: Waseco Building, Pho Quang Street, Tan Son Hoa Ward, HCMC
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
What we seek
Proven experience in creating motion graphics, animations, and video assets for digital platforms.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop (knowledge of 3D animation software is a plus).
Experience using or adapting to Generative AI tools to accelerate storyboarding, visual concepting, and content production.
Understanding of current motion design trends, including kinetic typography, micro-animations, and hybrid 2D/3D styles, tailored for mobile-first social platforms (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
Ability to interpret creative briefs and transform concepts into compelling visual stories.
Good sense of timing, pacing, and transitions to create smooth, engaging motion pieces.
Collaborative mindset, open to feedback, and comfortable working with designers, content, and other stakeholders.
What you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree / diploma in design, visual communications or any other Art related degree;
At least 3 years of graphic design experience, including video production, design and animation. Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills. Your design portfolio is required to apply for this position;
Essential skills on Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator. Knowledge of Premier and UX/UI is highly preferred;
Excellent eye for detail. Ability to work independently on assignments. Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team;
Business savvy and ability to multitask are essential. Ability to think strategically and solve problems on the fly. Flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on deadline;
Self-learning, being able to work under high pressure is required;
Conversational English is a plus.
