Weare looking for a **Graphic Designer** for our Governance team. You will create and adapt visual content for print and digital channels, including campaigns, product communications, websites, social media, newsletters and advertising.
The role combines hands\-on graphic production with opportunities to contribute creatively and gradually take on more responsibility.
**Key responsibilities**
* Create and adapt graphic materials across print and digital channels.
* Produce assets for websites, social media, newsletters and display advertising.
* Prepare print materials, including layouts, artwork and prepress files.
* Turn briefs and brand guidelines into consistent, production\-ready designs.
* Support the development and execution of creative concepts.
* Ensure quality, accuracy and visual consistency.
* Manage priorities and deadlines.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

**Your profile**
* 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
* Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
* knowledge of print production and prepress processes.
* Experience creating content for digital channels.
* Ability to translate briefs into effective visual solutions.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Collaborative, curious and interested in new tools and visual trends.
* Native\-level Italian and good English. Resident in Ticino or willing to relocate
**Nice to have**
* Knowledge of Figma, After Effects and/or Premiere Pro.
* Video editing or motion graphics skills.
**Contract duration**
* Immediate start until December 2027
