Who We Are

Imprint helps the world's best brands grow the lifetime value of their customers. We started with co-branded credit cards and rebuilt them to be smarter, more rewarding, and brand-first.

We partner with companies like Crate & Barrel, Rakuten, , H-E-B, Fetch, and Shell to launch modern credit programs that deepen loyalty, unlock savings, and drive growth. But the card is just the beginning.

We combine advanced payments infrastructure, intelligent underwriting, and deep customer data to create delightful and personalized experiences for members as well as efficient and profitable relationships for our brand partners.

Our robust technology and world-class operations allow us and our brand partners to offer powerful financial products without becoming a bank.

In the U.S., co-branded cards alone account for over $300 billion in annual spend, and most still run on decades-old legacy bank systems. Imprint is the modern alternative: flexible, embeddable, and built for how people actually pay today. Backed by Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, Ribbit, and Khosla Ventures, we're building a world-class team to redefine how people pay and how brands grow. If you want to move fast, solve hard problems, and own real outcomes, we want to meet you.

About the Role

We're looking for a talented, multi-disciplinary Senior Designer to join Imprint 's marketing team. Imprint powers co-branded credit card programs for 14+ retail, travel, and lifestyle partners, and this role is at the center of how those brands show up across every customer touchpoint.

This role is for an experienced marketing designer who thrives in high-velocity, multi-stakeholder environments and can manage competing priorities without losing the details.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the Design Team, you will work collaboratively with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams across a variety of strategic campaign and lifecycle needs:

Design marketing assets across digital, physical, and performance channels for multiple co-branded partner programs, including:

Digital: emails, web banners, in-app promotions, push notifications, social posts

Performance: landing pages, paid media creatives, promotional campaigns

Physical: direct mail pieces, in-store signage, mailers, flyers, postcards — including print production, prepress, and vendor-ready file preparation

Brand: partner collateral, presentation templates, co-branded materials

Work fluently across multiple partner brand systems and translating creative briefs through each partner's unique guidelines, visual identity, and brand voice

Design responsive acquisition landing pages and maintain them in Webflow

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product and marketing initiatives, managing feedback from both internal stakeholders and external partners

Navigate partner review and compliance approval workflows, incorporating feedback from legal, compliance, and partner brand teams

Uphold a high bar and own the quality of everything that goes out the door maintaining standards across every partner program

Contribute to and maintain design systems and pattern libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across 14+ brands and touchpoints

Support production workflows including content packaging for translation, asset prep and output, deeplink setup, QR code and UTM generation

Support product design initiatives through visual design, UX, and information architecture contributions

Essential

5+ years of experience in graphic design and production, ideally supporting multiple brands or product lines simultaneously

Strong visual design skills and portfolio of work

Deep experience working within and across multiple brand guidelines — comfort managing the cognitive load of switching between distinct brand systems

Proficient in Figma (primary design tool), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Solid understanding of responsive web and mobile design, UX principles, email design, digital advertising, and social media

Strong print design and production skills and experience preparing direct mail, signage, and collateral for print, including prepress file preparation and vendor specifications

Familiarity with Webflow and the ability to make content updates; development skills in Webflow are a plus but not required

Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple concurrent projects across partners and channels using tools like Linear

Clear, proactive communicator who provides regular updates without prompting and can navigate multi-stakeholder feedback loops (internal teams, external partners, compliance)

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Attention to detail, high-quality execution, and ability to prioritize in a fast-moving, high-volume production environment

Ability to create scalable systems, processes, and handoffs for design projects across a growing portfolio of partner programs

Experience with accessibility standards for web and email (WCAG)

Preferred

Experience in fintech, banking, credit cards, or other regulated industries where legal and compliance review is part of the creative process

Familiarity with lifecycle marketing concepts and understanding how design supports acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention

Experience with or interest in AI-assisted design workflows and maintaining brand quality standards for AI-generated content

Webflow development skills (HTML/CSS/JS, building and publishing pages — not just updating content)

Experience working with Braze
