You're an experienced game designer with a passion for party and social games. You have a proven track record designing engaging AI-powered gameplay that players love. If you're ready to work with some of the biggest names in the game industry to create the next hit games, we want to hear from you! Here's what you can expect:
Profile Preselection: Our Talent Acquisition team will review your profile to ensure it aligns with our requirements and values
Talent Acquisition Interview: Selected candidates will undergo an initial interview to discuss about their experience, skills, and fit for the role.
Online Test: Qualified candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment to demonstrate their abilities.
Technical Interview: Finalists will participate in a technical interview to assess their proficiency and compatibility with our team when a project staffing plan is made.

Play a key design role on a team making world class AI-powered games
Design mechanics that use LLMs to create engaging new gameplay
Work closely with artists and programmers to turn your design ideas into reality
Use iteration and playtests to refine your work
Pitch creative ideas for new features and upcoming projects
The Skills
3+ years of experience as a game designer, or equivalent background
Post-secondary degree or certificate in game design, or equivalent background
Proven experience designing party games, social games, and other multiplayer experiences
Working knowledge of how LLMs can be used to create novel gameplay and conversational AI characters
Proficient English with outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills
Ability to quickly adapt and hit deadlines in a fast-paced and creative environment
Collaborative spirit and love of teamwork
Experience working in co-development or outsourcing is a plus
